OptionXP doesn’t appear too good to me. Too many blank pages and broken links, very little information about the company and some crucial information seem quite hidden. Sadly, the only thing that looks good in OptionXP is the trading platform. It’s just not enough.

OptionXP Full Review

OptionXP was launched on 2011, based on the TradoLogic trading platform. OptionXP trading platform is 100% web based so there’s no need for any software to be downloaded. OptionXP are pretty average compared to whole binary options market, not a big name but modern and technologically advanced. The return is around 70%, trading tools and options are basic but efficient and the bonus offers are around 35% for every deposit. As I was saying before, pretty average, pretty dull, that’s OptionXP. So why does OptionXP Suck? Because other then modern appearance, it seems like there’s absolutely nothing behind the scenes. Like many other TradoLogic based binary options brokers, the trading menus, trading experience and all other aspects concerning trading – trading at OptionXP is just fine, but when you take a look at the company details and other important information – you may be suspicious of a binary options scam. Firstly, the company information is absolutory un professional. Very few details about OptionXP are attached, not to mention the overall look of this page, which spouse to reflect the company. If that’s how a binary options broker who holds the well earned money of many people looks like, then I don’t want to be a part of it. Second, there are many problems with the website. Take a look at the FAQ section, which spouse to provide lots of information about transactions and trading. This page looks messy, it’s hard to information is that big stain of words. Important information like depositing methods and restrictions, withdrawing and other terms of use are very hard to find instead of being displayed loud and clear for anyone to understand easily. Talking about Terms and restrictions, finding this section in OptionXP website is definitely not an easy task as the link to terms and conditions is well hidden is the bottom of the home page. Other links just don’t lead nowhere; for example, try hitting the Quick Guide tab, see what happens. I landed on a blank page, no quick guide for me. Luckily I’m not a beginner.

Is OptionXP Scam?

 After all these problems I found during my research, I guess there’s one question arises – is OptionXP a fraud? Blurry information, some of it actually seems hidden, blank pages, little learning material and a mediocre live chat service are just some of the problems concerning OptionXP. I think that information should be basic and even further, a ground rule for any binary options broker. As a trader, I invest sometimes more then 100$ for just one option. As a trader, I need to trust that unknown broker sitting somewhere around the world, I have to trust that broker to handle my money safely and honestly. Can I do that when my broker does not provide sufficient information about his company? Honestly, the only worth looking page on OptionXP is actually the trading menu, which is great, but what about the people who run the show? From the outside, the circus looks hugh and filled with crazy entertainers, but who promise you that once you go in there will be something inside that big shiny tent? That’s exactly how I feel about OptionXP. Is it a binary options fraud? I don’t know, I guess I will never know since I’m not going to deposit a dime into OptionXP before they fix all the above. Moreover, there are no learning materials, only a binary options PDF guide which could only be downloaded after registering.  There are better brokers then OptionXP, some are actually using the same trading platform, so in case you like TradoLogic trading technology go back and look for a different broker because I wouldn’t recommend OptionXP to be anyone’s broker. OptionXP Complaints

As we always do, Bots do the research, you get the results. We searched in different search engines looking for OptionXP complaints, scam alerts, etc. Of course, you can also do it yourself. Searching for OptionXP complatins is not easy; we just couldn’t find many comments or forums discussing OptionXP. There are a few reasons for the lack of information concerning OptionXP- 1. They’re pretty new to the business 2. Not a lot of traders traded before with OptionXP 3. Everything is just OK with OptionXP.

Withdrawal is always an issue when it comes to costumers satisfactory. Most website will tell you how to deposit, Binaryoptionthatsuck.com focus on what’s important to the traders. OptionXP limit the withdrawal amount to the exact value of the deposited amount, while the rest of money could only be withdrawn via bank wire.

OptionXP platform is 100% web based platform, with no need for any software to be downloaded. The trading platform is quite user-friendly and makes trading quite easier.  The platform looks good and is graphically attractive. On the downside, too much important information is hard to find, including the FAQ section and Terms and Conditions. Moreover, there are too many broken links and miss information. OptionXP is only available in English and French.

Total of 34 Assets: 10 stocks, 11 currencies (forex), 6 commodities, 7 indices. OptionXP holds a below average variety of assets with only 23 assets available for trading. Expiry times are also average, stretching from half a hour to the end of day, with a few assets available to trade over the weekend (Touch Options).

Commissions, Support and Effective return 12/20

OptionXP don’t charge any fees or commissions from investors when they first deposit or purchase options. Minimum investment is 10$ only. Withdrawals are charged fees, sadly there is no information provided concerning that matter. OptionXP support is available via 4 international numbers- in English, French and Spanish or via email. The live chat service is average low. The effective return is average- 65-75% In-The-Money with a 70% average return for most assets. The Out-of-Money refund is between 0-10%.

Deposit, Payment and Bonus 10/20

OptionXP Minimum deposit is average-low – 100$ or 100€. Deposit is available via C.C., Wire transfer, Cash-U and more. Withdrawals are generally available via the same methods, with fees added. There is no minimum withdrawal. OptionXP offer a bonus of 30% for any transaction.

Website Extra’s 6/20

OptionXP platform features some new extras. Except of the regular High\Low trading, OptionFair has the Boundary option for a 70% return if an asset is in\out a certain boundary and some other trading tools such as RollOver and Close Now.
