My Overall Impression on Binary.com

 The Binary.com customer service representative was polite and explained on all the questions I asked her. The answers were correct, but lack personal touch and sounds like a chat-bot answers. It is good that they don’t want to discuss their competitors. It is a fair play, but actually the representative responses were so short that they show their advantages only too briefly. It was not very good sign the question ‘Is there anything else I can help you with?’ stated several times during the conversation, making a look like the support person want to close the chat as soon as possible. For me the new outlook of Binary.com is really great. They made a great work moving forward from their predecessor, BetOnMarkets, but overall impression from the chat was not very good. They have to improve much more the conversational abilities of their customer support team, before they can pretend for a leading place in the industry.
