The chat with Binomo was done in several parts because the representative was kind enough to close the chat well in advance before I finished asking my questions.
My impression of the live chat with 24Options was good enough to say they are a reliable broker, and offering a demo, which is great.
My overall impression of the live chat is contradictory. The answers were fast and informative, but most of them, if not all, were prepared before our chat.
UBinary rep told me that they have “Supreme customer services”, however I didn't felt like he confirmed that statement
This is one of the funniest chats with a rep I've ever had. I pretended to be a newbie and started asking about this secret by CedarFinance. Shocking!

Kolyo IvoryOption FAQ answers were copy pasted from the website of the company and there was no personal touch in the conversation. IvoryOption chat was not the best.

The new outlook of Binary.com is really great. They Still have to improve the conversational abilities of the customer support team.
The chat with Finmax rep went quite well. The response time was fast and the received answers were very detailed and to the point!

Kolyo I was more dismayed then radiant. On quite a few occasions the guy asked me to provide a phone number, which I wasn't happy to provide.
The real frustrating thing was not the nearly complete absence of needed information – the support guy used the phrase "if you register" 8 times!
My overall impression of the live chat with XPMarkets is not good at all. The first chat I made was quite short. The chat person asked me if I am registered and when I answered that I am not she disappeared like a thin air
UBinary rep told me that they have “Supreme customer services”, however I didn't felt like he confirmed that statement
OptionFair support guy gave me full answers, politely. It took them too long to answer though, Hoping for Improve
777Binary - If they were a good reliable broker they wouldn't leave me so long without any support person online.
Anyoption's rep was polite, fast and accurate. His responses were not prewritten and that was especially important for me as I've seen lots of brokers copy pasting

Kolyo My overall impression of the live chat with ZoneOptions support person is good enough for a recommended binary options broker, however there were some negative moments.
This is one of the funniest chats with a rep I've ever had. I pretended to be a newbie and started asking about this secret by CedarFinance. Shocking!

The chat with the GOption customer service reps was quite good for such new and still not well known broker. But will it be my Broker?
The OptionBit chat was good. The answers were fast and accurate, but sometimes too short and not explaining in-depth all the aspects of the questions.
I am mostly satisfied from the chat with the 24Bulls rep. There is no doubt 24Bulls is a rising star, yet they still need to work harder

Kolyo BinaryTilt is a young and not so well established broker. However they are regulated by New Zealand FSPR authority and thus providing more security for the traders.
Chat with FMTrader looks almost identical to many other chats. I mean nothing special. Same Same, not different, but overall I take it as a good thing
The responses from the MagnumOption representative were surprisingly fast and accurate. I am giving excellent assessment the customer support of MagnumOption.

BinaryBrokerz Support was usual and relatively nice. The answers were fast and straightforward, a little pushy with the phone number, but overall good chat!

Kolyo The chat with SternOption rep was a usual chat like many other chats with other brokers. The answers were quick but not very in depth.
Well, I had never felt such a strong objection to my questions while doing a live chat with a broker rep. I have to admit that this is the first time.
The chat with Binomo was done in several parts because the representative was kind enough to close the chat well in advance before I finished asking my questions.

TitanTrade might be a good broker, but my personal feeling after chatting with such strong selling person was not that good. Why only the account manager can?
