My Overall Impression on CTOption Live Chat Service
My impression from the chat with CTOption representative was good. I must admit that it is too early and there wasn’t something special to make me feel they are extraordinary broker. I think that good support with fast answers is the first step to feel confident to work with a binary broker but it is needed to have much more signs that it is worth trying, and as you all know, support is a big part of it. On the bright side, all answers were very honest, not trying to hide anything like bonus wager or demo accounts. For me it’s a big plus and it definitely make me feel much safer.
