My Overall Impression on LBinary

The chat with LBinary support was not very detailed and quite formal. It looks the representative has little experience with managing conversations with potential clients, because she didn’t try to increase my interest toward LBinary, but respond very shortly to my questions. My overall assessment is neither positive nor negative, but it is clear that LBinary has to improve much more its support competencies.
